🛍️ Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products showing signs of use, scratches, dents, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Return not applicable for:

Items bought during clearance or sale
Customized or specially packed orders
Used or damaged items not due to our fault

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Replacements

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received:

Please share unboxing videos and photos of the product within 24 hours of delivery.
We will verify the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, based on availability.
